Location: the hotel was right by mountain, a beautiful tranquil garden and the waterfall. All of the staff was very very helpful and attentive to guests. I booked a room with a comfy bed, a kitchen area, a coffee table, and 4 windows: )

Clean hotel in a traditional building near the green garden, Iliikova House, a renovated old house with a family runned B & B and the local restaurant, shop and grocery. Wonderful small and stunningly beautiful venue in a remote location in the mountains.

Iliikova House is a gem! They can organize activities like horse riding and paragliding. The fully renovated house has a charming mix of traditional elements. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

I had the most incredible stay at a lovely guesthouse located in a charming mountain town. The rooms were beautifully furnished with high-quality materials, and the attention to detail was remarkable. The panoramic view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with four windows showcasing the town and mountains. The owners, a warm and welcoming young family, went above and beyond to make me feel at home and ensure I had everything I needed. The homemade breakfast served in the delightful garden was delicious, with a variety of Bulgarian-style dishes. The peaceful atmosphere and proximity to restaurants and the town center made it the perfect place for relaxation. The opportunity to go on a horse trip and explore the stunning nature added to the overall experience. The historical sites in the area, especially the blooming rose fields, were a delight to visit. I was truly impressed by the hard work and dedication of the young couple who built this guesthouse with the sole purpose of ensuring their guests' happiness. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly wonderful and memorable stay.

the location was nice and excellent to the waterfall. and it was also not far from the delightful garden, balkan mountains and the nature. thoroughly enjoyed our well decorated room with a nice garden. the food was great and the staff were affable and nice.

the cozy room, complete with shampoo, towels, and a good TV, exceeded our expectations during our Valentine's Day stay in Kalofer. The clean and stylishly decorated authentic house, along with the friendly host, made us feel extremely welcomed. The location, with its beautiful view of the Balkan mountains, was the perfect backdrop for our stay.

The hotel's decoration exudes a warm and cozy atmosphere, reminiscent of traditional Bulgarian style. The general areas, such as the garden, are beautifully maintained and offer stunning mountain views. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel for people of my age. The staff, "the children working there," were friendly and always ready to assist. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay.

I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people if there were handrails or additional support in the staircases.

Spacious rooms, clean and had all the necessary amenities. the location was convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and groceries. Plus, it was perfect for hiking in the nearby national park.

The staff wasn't very responsive to queries made through email. it was a bit challenging to find the hotel at first.

The real standout feature was the variety of activities available. I mean, who wouldn't want to feel like James Bond while paragliding or exploring the rugged mountains in a Jeep? The adrenaline rush was, without a doubt, the highlight of my stay.

Cozy rooms, spotless bathroom, and comfy beds. Delicious breakfast with coffee, OJ, and lots of tasty banitza. Lovely garden and peaceful surroundings.
